1. Delivery Area

GiftBeez currently delivers within Uttar Pradesh only. Delivery to locations outside Uttar Pradesh will be introduced after the business completes the applicable GST and other compliance requirements.

2. Dispatch Time

Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 working days after order confirmation and successful payment, subject to product availability and operational circumstances.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery is generally expected within 3–6 working days after dispatch. Actual delivery may vary by destination, courier serviceability, weather, holidays and other circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Orders of ₹499 or more qualify for free shipping. For orders below ₹499, applicable shipping charges are calculated/displayed at checkout based on shipment details and serviceability.

5. COD

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible serviceable locations/orders and is currently offered without an additional COD charge.

6. Tracking

Where available, customers will receive shipment tracking information through the email/contact details associated with the order.

7. Delivery Delays

GiftBeez is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including courier disruptions, weather, strikes, public holidays, remote-area serviceability and force majeure events.

8. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional charges or delivery failure caused by an incorrect/incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
