By accessing or using giftbeez.in, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the other policies published on the website.

2. Seller Information

GiftBeez is a brand operated by Amit Agrawal as an individual/sole proprietor. Business address: 2/434, Vivek Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh – 226010, India. Customer support: caregiftbeez@gmail.com.

3. Products

GiftBeez sells toys and gift products including plastic toys, die-cast cars, battery-operated/RC toys, soft toys, dolls, games, action figures, character/anime figures, photo frames, mugs, lamps, idols, showpieces and related products. Product descriptions, colours, dimensions and images are provided for customer information and may vary slightly from the actual product.

4. Toy Safety

Customers should follow manufacturer age recommendations, warnings and usage instructions. Products containing small parts, batteries or other components may present risks if used improperly. Adult supervision should be used where appropriate. Customers are responsible for using products according to the supplied instructions and age guidance.

5. Prices

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout. Any applicable taxes/charges will be handled according to the business’s applicable tax position and law.

6. Orders

An order request does not necessarily guarantee acceptance. GiftBeez may cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a pricing/listing error occurs, payment cannot be verified, the delivery address is unserviceable, or the order appears fraudulent or abusive.

7. Payments

Online payments are processed through Razorpay. Available methods may include UPI, credit/debit cards and net banking. Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible locations/orders.

8. COD

GiftBeez may verify COD orders before dispatch and may restrict or cancel COD orders that appear suspicious, fraudulent, repeatedly refused, or otherwise unserviceable.

9. Shipping

Shipping is arranged using Shiprocket and/or its logistics partners. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays, remote locations, operational disruptions or events outside GiftBeez’s reasonable control.

10. Returns & Replacements

Eligible product issues are governed by the Return & Replacement Policy. Customers must report eligible issues within 7 days of delivery and provide requested evidence such as photographs/videos and order details.

11. Cancellation

Orders may generally be cancelled before dispatch. Cancellation after dispatch is generally not accepted. The Cancellation & Refund Policy governs any applicable refund.

12. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, logos, text, graphics and other materials belonging to GiftBeez or its licensors may not be copied, reproduced, modified or commercially exploited without permission, except as permitted by law.

13. Prohibited Use

Customers must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with website operation, upload malicious material, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

14. Third-Party Services

The website may depend on third-party services such as payment processors and logistics providers. Their availability and terms may be outside GiftBeez’s direct control.

15. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GiftBeez will not be responsible for losses caused by misuse of products, inaccurate information supplied by the customer, courier delays outside reasonable control, or events beyond reasonable control.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, subject to applicable law.
